Do any of you know where I may obtain 12ga. pinfire cases or perhaps how I may make some of these cases?

You may have to run this through a translation website but
it looks like they made pinfire shotgun shells out of plastic.

You can make them from solid brass for the head and copper water pipe for the body, if you have a lathe. The water pipe needs to be expanded and soldered into the head. I have made 16 guage shells that way. Important to use brass pins so that you do not damage the hammers I also have some nifty little pistol shells with a removeable insert for the primer but again you need a metal lathe and in the case of the pistol shells some skill to make them
