im going to work up some 125g sierra loads in my .303 brit using RE15. im thinking it will be a fast and fun little round but im curious if many other people are using this combo of bullet/caliber and how it performs in the accuracy dept. any load data using re15 in this configuration would also be much appreciated.

Sounds like a load to create a Coyote nightmare.

RL15 is a great powder in the 303 Brit, and is suitable for a 125gr bullet. With the 174gr Hornady BTHP, I use 42.0 grs in my P14.

It depends on what gun you are using (e.g. SMLE, P14, etc.), but you should be able to go to 50.0 grs (if it will fit - it might be slightly compressed) in a strong action like the P14, and I would stay at or below 48.0 in less strong actions.

Don't expect spectacular accuracy. I played around with 130 grain bullets in the 30-06, with the same 1 turn in 10 inch rifling, and they were not very accurate.
Also, with their very poor sectional density, they do not carry up over longer range, like a heavier bullet would. The greater the range, the quicker they lose velocity. And, they are affected far more by the wind, than is a heavier bullet.
I had a loading chart that showed I was getting a muzzle velocity of about 3300 fps. I thought, Wow, I can turn my 30-06 into a 270! Far, far from it.
