12FLV in .308???

Hello there. I decided to buy the 12FLV in .308, and went to wholesale, but they said according to the computer, those don't exist... No .308 in left handed model. I went to the Savage website, and it's not in the list there. But I searched online for a bit, and found people posting about their groups and whatnot about the 12FLV in .308... Then I looked in my Wholesale catalogue, and found a 12FV, Left handed model in .308, and Manufacturer # 17692... Does it exist or not, has it been discontinued?? Where could I try to find one? And if I can't find one, where could I find the 12FV in .308??

Well that clears that up some... That's too bad. Maybe I'll see if I can find the 10FLP somewhere, wholesale doesn't have those either. I kind of wanted the 26" barrel... I'll see what I can find. Thanks for your help. If anyone has anything to add, please do.

your preaching to the converted my friend when i was looking for a lefty savage everybody was waiting for their next shipment i'm no a patient man so i bought a rem. VSL .308 from wholesale and i'm very satisfied with it.

I just bought the 12FV, not left handed, but oh well, I've never shot a left handed rifle, LoL! It would probably take time to adjust to it being the "right" way. Seems pretty nice so far, but I'll have to take it shooting to really know.
