Says open choke but is that cylinder bore only? I'm running improved cylinder and it's not that much more restricted so would it still work?

Are all 12GA flares for open chokes only? I wouldn't mind grabbing a box or two if there was a type that would work in a mod choke for emergencies in the bush.
