I'm interested in buying a reamer set to lengthen forcing cones and 12ga chambers from 2.5" to 2.75"
Also interested in choke reamer
My issue is I have no experience in metal working. I understand these reamers are used by hand.
I just want to play with cheaper guns I own no intention of doing other ppls guns
Figure this would be a useful start on my quest for learning
Any tips on what reamer to buy and where?
Any instructions or words of wisdom for and against?

I have a forcing cone reamer i bought off beaehunter to lengthen a 2 chambers in my sxs.

You need to watch the barrel thickness ahead of the chamber. There is lots to read about barrel thickness ahead of the chamber and also about the reduced recoil due to the better angle on forcing cone

I'd be open to sell the forcing cone reamer I have.

I use an adjustable reamer for chokes, fed from breech end, with a brass collar on the shank to keep it straight.
I also have 12ga forcing cone reamer, will sell if interested.
Am in Winnipeg - Send PM
