Been looking at the Barnes and hodgdon reloading data and other searches and am having issues with charge weights using the 130 tsx and H4350. The online Barnes load data shows both 129 and 130 6.5x55 with H4350 maxed out at 37.7. Where as hodgdon and some searches show starting loads in the 39 gr. it wasn't too long ago that the Barnes online data for the 6.5x55 was a different PDF. I'm sure that data was the same tho. I assume that this may be for older surplus sweds. Maybe? I think is safe to start higher than what they stated. Anyone have any similar load data or a reference to a older Barnes book?

Unless otherwise stated most 6.5x55 published data seems to max at the SAAMI spec of 51KPSI.

With a 129gr HNDY SP bullet Hogdon shows a max of 45.5gr H4350. Keep in mind that bullet has quite a short shank/bearing surface for its weight. I have loaded up to 45gr H4350 under a 130gr TSX in my T3 rifle and got fairly good accuracy with somewhere between 44-44.5gr. Here is a quick load thread for 130gr TSX using 54KPSI as a max.

different manuf use different test/pressure guns & equipment so their results vary from one another...one may have a tighter chamber or bore with less wear than the other and the big concern for them is that they don't know the condition/manuf. of the gun you are using so they all err to the safer side...and you should also...always start on the lighter side until you know for sure where your equipment fits into their parameters.
