Hi
Anybody got one, what’s your impression compared to the Gen1, still needs some modification on the loading port?, used to owned the gen1, sold it and replaced with the Typhoon mag feed, was only able shot one match with it then Justin banned it, now have to look for caddies again..,

Yeah the tube is plugged at 2 shells for the Canadian market... My issue seems to be that the spring in the mag tube is too long. I can see the coils are fully mashed, there's no room for the follower to travel. No way five 3" shells are gonna fit.

How’s the New Lifter working, does it stays up/ down( depending on the SG orientation) during loading .

That's is correct, only 4, 3" shells will work. Unless you get get a mag ext. Like the one for the 1301T and "pin it"

Stays up, unless released by operator.

Had the chance to try the Comp Pro 21” this morning, boy it was cold
I was able to shorten the LOP to 13.70”, took out the spacer and installed the .39” pad, way much better now. 3 brands of slugs used, Fed Truball, Fed LE Hydra, and Score, both Fed shoots 1”group at 25 yards with 3” high POI, the Score something you don’t want, at 50 yards 6” high , group are less the 2” windage is perfect. Total 50 rounds shots of 7.5 , 2 3/4 dram Federal and Challenger
25 rounds Slugs, no malfunction so far, next is to replace front sight ( Hiviz Comp) which is s little taller than factory, and a Bennelli dove tail Rear sight, Lowering of the Loading Port is still recommended,+2 mag extension to lessen the spring tension while loading
My Pro takes 5 rounds of 2 3/4” size

I have the 21" comp pro gen 2. Used it in one match so far and it was really nice. I noticed the point of impact was higher than i expected as I'm used to a red dot. Tac Ord now has a RMR pattern mount for it. Ordered the mount and looking forward to testing it out with holosun 507c. The lifter stays up which makes quad loading pretty easy, even for a novice quad loader! Match saver and Tac Ord charging handle coming. I'm not sure you can ghost load with this lifter though, haven't tried yet.

A red dot would be nice, I’m sure it will shoulder better for me, however since I’m shooting my 1301 Comp for IPSc then it will place on the open division, which is a disadvantage vs the magfed shotgun

Thanks for the video! I just confirmed it also works on the comp pro. how did you get 7 in the tube? i have the plus 2 extension as well on my comp pro but can only fit 6 - 2 3/4 shells. the 7th one only goes in half way and all the plugs are removed.

That is a American shotty, (+2). In Canada the "Beretta 1301 extension increases magazine capacity by One 2 3/4″ shell" If I were to remove the plug on my Nordic mag ext it would hold 7 in the tube.
