1337 tactical?

After reading a few favorable post regarding them and their knockoff scopes i decided to order one. They received my payment and said they were shipping out over a week ago. Still no scope. Canada post tracking still just says that my shipping info has been submitted. Dosent say anything about a package being accepted or shipped tho. Anyone had any issues with these guys?
 
Same thing happened with me. Canada post's tracking system is not a system..I had my scope in my hand in BC. CP tracking system info had not changed....same thing with a firearm that I ordered..I had it in my hand and the tracking sytem showed it was still in Calgary...I guess they dont bother to scan the packages..So dont worry your scope will arrive.

Yes, I've got NOT ONE, but TWO of the Mainland Kommunist Leupold knockoff scopes, you know the Leupold Mark4 M1 wannabes. They are mounted on my M700 .223 groundhog gitter SPS & also on my CZ452 Varmint, .22LR tactical rilfe minor, a training rifle.

For the money I paid for them, I still have glass that can be focused from 25 meters outwards.... I'm in no need to make rapid elev and windage changes, so that cheap quality and repeatability is not required... not like the Mark4 M1's sitting on top of my Counter Sniper and Operational Sniper rigs that I compete with.

Well, I bought something from another CNG'r, he shipped it Greyhound terminal to terminal, Edmonton to Victoria. It never arrived. I had them put out a "trace" on it twice. Their "trace" is just to send out a fax to all agents ("Hey anybody seen dis here package?") Nothing showed up so now I'm filing an insurance claim but the standard coverage is only $100. So I'm going to take a hit on this deal!
 
He will stand behind is product. It is the shipping. Canada post has been
the pits the last little while. I just want to pay for a bipod and the payment was lost once and is now taking for ever the second time around.

How do they do when dialing up and down? are they accurate and are the shots repeatable?

Don't worry about it...Canada Post rarely updates its "tracking system". In about 50% of the time, the tracking number for the Expedited or Xpresspost item I send NEVER gets entered. The number is still valid though, and they will grudgingly start a trace after the "delivery standard" date has passed. I am getting kind of tired explaining all of this to buyers I'm dealing with though. It helps to let 'em know in advance the problems with the CP "system" so they don't start to freak out or think they've been ripped off. Sucks for both shipper and shippee!
 
Ditto the CP thing, they already lost a package for me this year. And then 12 weeks later xpressed post from Ab to On in 1 day:confused: . I think I'm gonna try 1337 though:)
