Since there's been no replies to this thread in this forum, could a mod move this thread to the milsurps forum?
I have decided to take the plunge into getting a PTRD (sorry wallet) and am looking for some info. What's the going rate for cases when you can find someone selling them? How many firings from the steel cases can you get? What solutions have people found for the primers? Anyone have some reloading data?
I have a lathe to turn the projectiles but don't have a projectile to measure so if anyone could share a drawing that would be awesome. I can also modify the primer pockets and make an adapter for 50BMG primers.
