14" Barrel Weight

Hey guys,

I'm building up an 870 and I'm looking for a 14" barrel. Are the Rem factory barrels the lightest of the bunch out there and can they be threaded for chokes? I see they come with CYL bores, which is a little wide for me.
 
They are about the lightest (and the best), stay away from dlask they weigh a ton. Yes they can be threaded for chokes
 
Had one, it was so far out with the indexing the extractor wouldn't line up with the slot in the barrel. There was also a problem with the bore not being concentric with the barrel, which meant it couldn't be threaded for chokes. This was a while ago, so while they may have improved, I would buy once, cry once. You know a Remington will work if you can find one.

Ah I see. Gotcha. Does anyone happen to have a Rem barrel they can throw on a kitchen scale to get an idea of weight?
