14 inch barrel for a 870

Does any one know where I can get a 14 innch barrel with removable chokes for a 870

I read on here recently that Remington does not ship them to Canada any more. There is a company called Dlask Arms Corp that has 12.5 and 14" barrels for 870's on their website.

You can google that name to get the site. I can not post the hot link as they are not CGN sponsors as far as I know.

Check with Canada ammo he is bringing in grizzlies with choked barrels you might be able to order just a barrel .

Yep, that's a good idea. Lot's of guys get the "bug" and fancy up a shotgun, then realize it will never get used.. then sell it cheap.. so WE can get them...

That is why I liked the "Winchester Practical Defender." 18 inch barrel, 7 shot mag with winchoke system. Too bad they were discontinued.

There is a factory Remington 14" in the EE for only $250. Cyl bore only but you could easily have it threaded for chokes. Other than that, Dlask or the Dominion Arms Grizzly's, but they're only 12.5". Of course you can pick up an entire Grizzly for about the same price as just a barrel.

badboybeeson had some 14" barrels for sale - they are not threaded for chokes, but that should be fairly easy to have done. PM him or look in the EE under his username.
