I had a good time at the Grenville level 2 match. Although the weather was less than ideal, it was still a good match. I would like to thank all the organizers and workers at yesterdays match.

The field conditions worsened after each competitor, the mud became soupier, deeper making it entertaining to say the least. The staff had bags of wood chips to sow between squads that helps with the conditions.

The COF was 6 stages with approx 120 rounds. It was good to see others come out and have a good time as well... I must admit I was more than a little dirty when I got home.

There were a few no shows, so with only a hand full of Production shooters I decided to shoot in the Standard Division with my Glock 17.

Again, thanks everyone for the fun match.

Thanx for the support

yeah, it's too bad the timing... this match was on the same weekend as the Burlington level 2... next one is the same weekend at the Barrie 3 gun... I like the grenville matches, but I can't justify the extra 6h on the road (and I can't do both... 8( ). PFGA + grenville on the same day, sure, but not Burlington/Barrie/etc...

Grenville Mudbogglers

Well it was good to see so many shooters show up to compete, it really didn't get nasty weather till the 2pm squad . What surprised me the most was the amount of GM's & M who came and participated. Proves that they truly love their sport. The real lovers of the sport are the match setup crew and workers who were in the weather all day. I hope the weather is not a sign of the outdoor shooting season for 07.

Thx Sig, a few guys were commenting on how it sucked with all the rain and mud... I politely told them "I wished it Sucked More!"

.3 of a second... Sig... thats getting close :) 6th overall in Standard with a Glock 17 scoring minor... It does like the mud... I had a lot of mud in my mags but they still worked great.

I cannot wait to see the video Sig... and Thanks again for the fun time.
