15" Carbon Fibre hand guard

I need help in locating a 15" carbon fibre hand guard for a 3gun AR build I am doing. Just wondering if anyone has any leads ?

Have you looked at brownells... 350 US for a 15" carbon handguard...looks pretty neat

I went with lancer myself and couldn't be happier... Well, except for the price

Im really disappointed that there is no good CF mlok models. Why has lancer not done this?!

I'm working on an upper I'll be using for 3-gun and just recently bought a 15" Seekins NOXS FF handguard which weighs in at 9.2 oz. for around $150 from Brownell's. I'm trying to keep mine on the cheap though.

Based on my experiences with CF (as cool as it looks) doesn't have the best wear characteristics.

Really? I love CF. Both my ATRS rifles have CF wrapped barrels and CF handguards.

My favorite part about CF fore ends is that they don't feel cold when it is cold outside and don't feel hot when it is hot outside.

CF is designed to bend under pressure rather than break, but at cold temperatures it starts to lose its ability to flex. It's part of why you see so many broken hockey sticks during an NHL broadcast. Even when it does have the ability to flex, that flexing is what causes the material to fatigue (and eventually break) over time. It also degrades with UV exposure. Now I'm sure it'll have a UV protective coating to prevent that from being an issue, but it's still worth knowing about. Not much can compare with the look over CF though, droooooooooollllll.....

I am really gentil on my rifles... but that is way to pretty to put on a gun, I would need a towel to set the gun down at the range .haha

Haha, Im about the opposite, I throw it in dump barrels like its a 2x4. Whatever gets me through the stage fastest.
