15 cents per primer - Canada Ammo

Brownells, who are a major business in the States, just got in Aguila brand primers. SPP are US$84.95 per thousand. Hgh prices aren't just here.
 
When Wholesale Sports was closing shop a few years ago, everything was discounted about 10% at first and then as time went on the prices lowered to get rid of the stock. I had to go up to Grande Prairie from Edmonton for a couple of days so I dropped into the store when I got to Grande Prairie. Guess people in GP don't know how to reload or something because when I walked in there was close to 20 bricks in the display cases of all the 4 sizes and various brands (Edmonton had been sold out for weeks). I said to the kid behind the counter "I would like to buy these primers". He said "Which ones?" and I waved my hand across the whole counter and I said all of them. He got a huge box and started to load up and the manager was kind of huffy that I was buying all of them. I said so what, they all have to be cleared out don't they? Anyway I walked out with just over $600.00 in primers and the average price was about 18.00 per 1000 if I remember correctly.
