My pal Rick, at RandRbullets@mountaincable.net finally received the new Magma Engineering bullet mould.
It is a very nice mould too. 155 grain semi-wadd cutter. Seats pretty deep in the case, kinda like a 200grain 45acp bullet. But after a little research, keeping in mind that I want to achieve accuracy not a power factor, the powder I am using, PROMO, seems to work fine. PROMO is just like RedDot.
The 155 grain bullet is not too light, but cuts the crap out of the extra recoil that the standard 180 grain bullet gives. 155 is just a little heavier than a 148 grain wadd cutter in the 38 special case, only the 40/155 is a tad faster.
