I know the Cold Lake store always stocks 16 gauge birdshot at least.

I shoot several 16 ga guns. I you are close to Saskatoon I have found 16 ga shells in all the major shops - Saskatoon Gunsmith Shoppe, Saskatoon Gun works, Wholesale sports, Cabelas, Canadian Tire, just to name a few.
