16ga barrel cut and choke tube install needed

Can anyone recommend a gunsmith, preferably in SW Ontario who can cut a plain 16ga model 12 barrel and thread it for flush mount choke tubes? I considered having Lawrey sent to Briley, but it's going to be $$$.
 
Last time I looked around (about a year ago) Briley was the only place that could do it for choke tubes.

I ended up sending it to Poly-Choke and having one installed for about half what it would've cost going to Briley. I'm happy with it, but it doesn't seem like that's what you're looking for.

Any issues sending it to the US for the work? I had a rib installed on a Beretta by moneymaker a few years ago with no issues, but when I called Mike Orlen to do tubes, he said it was illegal to work on a Canadian gun.
 
ITAR makes it pointless, the extra cost and paperwork limits us to Canadian smiths (not like that's a bad thing), due to economics and time.
 
So, I take it there isn't anyone out there. Isn't that something considering there seems to be many who provide this service just South of the border.
