A .17 cal barrel is easier to get than a liner these days.
Unless things have changed and Redmond or any of the other (few) liner makers is exporting now.
It may be considerably faster and cheaper to just pull the barrel and have a .17 barrel installed.
Price? Dunno. But I'd get some quotes, then weigh them off against the cost of just buying a new rifle.
I think you will be disappointed at the cost. I'd prefer to be wrong, but I think by the time you buy materials and pay the labor, you will be pretty close to just buying another rifle.
