17 Rem Fireball

Where in Alberta? Edmonton, hit all the usual suspects, P&D would be my first stop, then No-sale(wholesale) Sports, on the North edge of town. Cabela's maybe, too. Sure there are others. I've made lots of trips in and only stopped at P&D, though. Been happy.

Lloyd area, Prophet River.
Lethbridge. Wholesale. The treatment I got there every time I have been in, makes me wonder if they are even related to the one in Edmonton. Had great service there, decent staff.

If you can't find 17 FB brass, you may want to use 221 FB brass necked down to 17 FB. That is the route I used because I could not find 17 FB when I first bought my 17 FB. BTW I use a set of 17 mach 4 form dies as an intermediate step in forming the brass before using my 17 FB dies as a final step. Hopes that helps with an option for you.

I think some people like to stock up and keep some on hand. The guy I mentioned supplies most of western Canada (I think) and should have some for you.
 
I think it am just going to form it from cut down 223 brass. I am already doing that for my 300 Whisper and 6x38 PDW rounds. I also have a 221 Fireball and am looking at doing a 20 Vartarg in the future. So it makes sense to make the brass from cut down 223 the same way for just shout everything.
