How can I get one of the Savage B-Mags I live in N.ont and every dealer I talk to up here tells me because of u.s. GOVT policy changes regarding firearms being exported to Canada that it could take a couple of years. Does anyone have information on that issue?
 
Sounds like BS to me. Guns from the US are imported into Canada every day. B-Mags are new rifles, my local Savage dealer (Le Baron) just issued their fall catalog and if memory serves, it says the B-Mag rifles are due-in during the month of September
 
I call Le Baron at least once a month. I was in Ottawa a couple of weeks ago and spoke to the guys behind the counter and they told me essentially the same thing.
