Can anyone tell me where i could find one ? Im working on an nr modern sporter in 9mm but cant find a barrel anywhere with that lenght. The longest ive found was on brownells at 16"

I dunno, not really a reasonable thing for an American company to make. You see the 20" + rifle barrels because they can burn the powder and get higher velocity over 16". You won't see the performance over 16" on a 9mm; so there's really no reason for a US company to make one.
You might have to get Herron Arms, or Dlask or someone to make one for you. It should be a fairly routine barrel to make (especially no gas port or gas block step) but it'll still probably be a fairly pricey barrel.

There are already quite a few good MSR rifles available in 9mm that are NR. A custom barrel would be in the $500-$900 range depending on what you use for a blank and who turns it for you. hard to justify just a barrel for 1/3 the cost of a CZ Scorpion evo or freedom ordanance fx-9
