180B ejection problem

my gun is ejecting the spent rounds so hard that there hitting the coner on the bolt slide and dinging up my cases its not real serious just kind of a pisser offer
any sugestions on how to fix this problem

That's pretty common with semi's, not much you can do unless it has an adjustable gas system.

Not much you can do. As mentioned, most semi's will damage the brass.

you could shoot a lighter load but I agree with Hitz, 223 brass is dirt cheap.

Armalite mentions in the 180 B errata that ejection angles and ultimately strength can be 'modified' by snipping a few coils off the bolt carrier springs.

I shoot lefty and have considered this to eliminate the odd ping in the face with brass - another item the mod solves. since I have put near 750 rounds through mine the problem has gone away or my shooting technique has put me out the line of extraction...

If it returns I will revisit this mod. since I have no intent on reloading I have never inspected the brass. I do have some markings where they would hit and know what you are talking about where they strike on extraction.
