My dad is looking for some value info on his 1873 ( 1876 manufactured) Springfield trapdoor. He is looking to get rid of some of his older guns. This particular firearm seems about 7/10- 8/10 condition, with normal bluing wear. The bore looks perfect, and there is no pitting or rust. He has had several offers for it, and is trying to figure out what the market value is in Canada. I am trying to get him to take some pics, but I don't have any as of right now. I know it is hard to comment without pics, but what is a typical price range for these guys now days????
