Just picked up a sporterized 1894 krag 6.5x55 , just wondering if anyone has or knows where I could get the tough to find full stock for it?
Its in great shape but admittedly bubba got to it before I could!

Get the what? I think Gunparts, Stateside, is the only place you'll find any Krag parts. Krags are more of a U.S. thing. Try Western Gun Parts just the same though.
You should be happy it's a 6.5 too. .30-40 Krag is only loaded 'seasonally'(with no mention of what season that is) by U.S. manufacturers. Rare stuff, so it is.

Get the WHAT??? X2
I think you would have to go to Norway and dig around in an old barn. Maybe. Just keep hunting. Many 1894s came to Canada and were converted by the importer and the bits a nd pieces would have gone in the trash. Mine was converted t 6.5x54MS

I did a bit of snooping for mine, but to no avail yet. Richard's Microfit suggests they can set up for the action, but I dunno if that's to carve a copy of an original, or just a modern offering.

I also read (few months ago) of a possible Norwegian supply, but I haven't substantiated it yet.

Parts are very hard to find for the Norwegian krags, the only place I found a stocks Norway. Cost a fortune as nothing is cheap there. US krags are not interchangeable as all.
Sometime parts show up. but not often.
