hello
i was wondering if this rifle is worth much its a 25-35 wcf the ser# dated it to 1909 itws in rough shape but does anyone have a idea on the market value ?
Thanks

I'd love to have a 25-35. The people here will need more info on the gun to tell you value. In rough shape it would have to be a very collectible model to get more than 400 bucks. If its plain and rough it might be worth 250.

Without pictures or gun in hand, it is difficult to determine value. I have a 25-35 rifle also and am going to use it on deer this year. love the caliber.

if it is rough enough that it is not salvageable, it may be interesting to someone as a wall hanger...$ 100 if that, in very decent shape, it can bring into the 4 digit figures. Quite a desirable caliber as not many are still around. Very hard to find ammo so I reload for mine.

What's the bore like?

Sometimes the gun looks rough, but if the bore is good, it don't matter as much. I got a rough, mean old 25-35 SRC that looked like that nasty old lady who lived down the street in the old house, you know the one?

Well an excellent bore belied the nasty exterior.
