1894AE timber carbine in 444 marlin 18" ported - any idea of value?

The gun is excellent, red dot mounted. 18" barrel I think, and it's ported. What would the value be? Have a chance to pick one up ~$600-700 range.

It has been a while since I have seen one listed for sale. I would not say there rare, but there not commonly seen for sale as the fellas that have them seem to keep them. $6-700 would be most reasonable I would say.
