1911 9mm norc

You guys should know last shipment took four years to arrive here, buy two of them if they have stock. I sold mine just less then ten minutes after I posted.

Trigun

I'd get a S.A.M before the Norinco. I'm not a fan of the new look for the Norinco 1911 in 9mm plus the fit and finish on the S.A.M is way above that of the Norinco. You can wait for them to arrive if you like though. Like Trigun stated, it could take a lot longer than what you were told.

Have a new Norinco 1911 in 45 and 9mm. Fit and finish is very good. Trigger pull and accuracy is also very good.
And the frame is forged, not cast, like the SAM. Can't beat a Norc.

Agreed. The forged Norc 1911 is like finding an "old" Colt 1911 and having people pass it by because it is not a newly made pistol with all the bells, whistles and advertising hype. I have one I bought years ago and won't part with.

Ny Norc commander weighs as much as most cast frame 5" 1911's.Its unreal! That being said if I was leaving it stock I wouldnt bother with the Norc and just get a SAM. Out of the box they are a better gun. I want a Norc 9mm 1911 just because I want to convert it to 7.62x25. Id prefer the forged frame for that reason. My stock Norc is ok but its sloppy. Unless you want to tinker or send it out I think your better off with the SAM.

Couldn't have said it better myself...I love my Norc 9mm and 45acp.

R.I.A. and the Spartans make a nice 9mm. Like the guys said you might be waiting for a long time. I wanted a NP29 but gave up and bought a RIA and have been very happy with fit and function

Not sure if the 7.62x25 will fit the 9mm magwell ?

I have converted one of my NP-29 pistols to 7.62X25.
The magwell and pretty much everything else is fine.
I use .38 Super magazines.
Loading 85 gr. bullets into the case, will keep the OAL within the capacity of the .38 Super mag.
Heavier bullets will cause the OAL of the cartridge to limit the magazine capacity to five rounds or less.

2 cents.
Now rounded down to zero Eh!:)

Armco tuned np29 = win.
Np29 = 300
Armco tune = 100

400 , Can't beat that

I was looking for an NP29 but couldn't find one, ended up getting a SAM from Wolverine
