1911 Advice ??

Whats up guys looking to make a new purchase and want a 1911 i dont want a gi style, i like kimbers and was looking at the sigs my price range is around 1200 so any advice would be great thanks

Look at STI trojan for the 1200 range. I have the Spartan and love it. I have never read a bad review about STI 1911's.

After much thought of my wants/needs/price/factory options/etc, I ended up purchasing a STI Trojan. So far I am very happy with my choice.

STI Trojan. Kimber Custom II. Kimbers have a lot of MIM parts tho which kind of sucks. i am not sure about STI, but i would guess for under 2000$ you are going to get a lot of that. The MIM thumb safety on my kimber raptor snapped in half a month after i bought it at ~500 rounds.
