1911 double stack questions

Getting back into a 1911 .45 and went with a used para double stack. I like the feel of a double stack due to my big mitts...anyway.... Besides the mags.... what internals are compatible with the 1911 single stack? I've heard the trigger is different, mag release and obviously mags. But what about the hammer, sear, springs ex? Grips? Tried a search but no luck. Thanks for any info

The only internals that are different are the trigger bow and the mag release. Everything else is the same

the only Para specific parts are the trigger,grips and magcatch. you may need the series 80 spacer if the frame is cut for the firing pin safety
