Hi All:
I know it's been said that in general some 1911's don't much like to feed anything other than round-nose bullets, and indeed this appear to be true. I can get flat-points to feed *fairly* reliable, same with JHPs, but metal-coated wad-cutters are a definite no-go.
I understand this is something to do with the feed configuration on the particular 1911 - is it something that can be improved? For example, I'd like to get my Norinco 1911A1 to reliably feed at least flat-points, even if it'll never eat WC's reliably.
Thoughts?
