Hi all,
I read a lot in the thread but not sure.
Somebody can tel me if the GSG 22lr mag fit in the 1911 Kimber pistol 22lr ??

Also if the slide stay open after the last round (empty mag) whit the GSG mag.

To finish, do you know if the 1911 22lr kimber is as capricious as they say on the ammunition because I only use the 1260 FPS value pack (federal 520 rounds bricks)

Thank you for your answer!

Yes and Yes. The magazine fits and functions in the Kimber. It does lock the slide on the last round. However, I think it would be wise to minimize using that. The wear might occur on the slide. I have one and I try to keep a round count but I know if I blow it the slide will lock.

Good to hear the GSG mags working with the Kimber unit.

I can also confirm, from personal experience, that those same GSG 1911 mags also work with the Colt .22 conversion unit [the one with the floating chamber] and the Ceiner .22 conversion unit.
