1911 mags pouches?

Hi All,

Just wondering what is good for 1911 mag pouches. I have been looking around and basically see Ghost and DAA or CR speed with inserts. I wanted to go DAA all magnets but I might shoot USPSA and no magnets allowed in SS so what do you guys recommend?

I also prefer bullets out so is there any pouch that allow me to change the mag orientation to either or?

DAA and Bladetech have dedicated 1911 mags. I prefer the mounting hardware of the DAA and you have some color option. Besides that, Bladetech is as good. I have both of them and they work great. I'd get an additional DAA magnet pouch for your first reload since you'll probably shoot more IPSC matches.
 
Thanks guys. Antoine, does the DAA allow for angled mounting also? I will look at getting a magnet also as yeah your right, I will be shooting ipsc 99% of the time. Maybe 2 to 5 matches a year in the USA
 
Anybody know where I can get them? Doubletap doesn't have the magnet ones but the normal DAA ones. I see fasttoys has them but does anybody else sell them in Canada? Thanks
 
I have been testing the black scorpion pouches I have found them the best, I have tried the ghost and DAA ones. I shoot a lot of USPSA stateside and the couple times they get sticky about seeing magnets on belts, that and if you get used to using a magnet you will use it down there.
 
I looked at the black scorpions and they look decent, especially some of the ones with the magnets but I'd prefer those for double stack mags, not single.

Thanks again Antoine. I was trying to avoid that but it seems to be the only way.
