1911 parts. Where to find them

I have a norc 1911 that needs parts. I bought some good quality parts like a new hammer and grip safety but they won’t work. So I tried these parts on another brand 1911 and same thing. Do any stores have norc parts or even basic GI parts that will make this gun usable again?

Lot of parts need to be fitted properly to work, it's not just a bolt on thing. Brownells, Western Gun Parts, Numrich all sell parts, though getting anything shipped right now is problematic. P&D in Edmonton had some stock last time I was in there, depends what you need. - dan
