1911 single stack on standard div match

Does anyone tried using their 45acp 1911 single stack on ipsc standard division match using a 10round mags? Is that legal as per ipsc rules?

Why not just shoot in classic division with your single stack 1911?

Could have cut outs in slide thus no good for classic, or just wants to compete in standard because there may be more people singed up for it than classic..

Most likely the competition is too tough in classic.
