Holsters for a 1911 with the rail-less TLR-6 light simply don't exist. Like a magical unicorn for some reason nobody makes them.... but they don't seem that rare or uncommon of a light?
... Well, almost nobody, I have found 2 shops in the US that do but I am wondering if anyone knows someone in Canada that can make them, I would much rather buy "local" than the USA.

Update: Tim at Soley Canadian is the man to ask.

HELP!

solely holster? pretty sure Tim can do it for you. he is doing 1911 holster with rail.

Yeah, I looked and they offer TLR-6 for other firearms but not the 1911. It's so weird, this like holster desert I am stuck in.

Send them an email and tell them what you want, I did this with something that wasn’t listed as an available model of gun and they said they could provide it but they hadn’t listed it in the model options.

Who is this Tim? Its actually a non-railed 1911 set up, the TLR-6 partially disassembles and reassembles around the trigger guard.

I sent them an email Friday after your post and they said that they could not do it. :( Not a popular enough holster setup to justify ordering one and scanning it to make.

Update: Talked to this Tim guy that was mentioned. The first time he was mentioned I thought I was being asked if I was looking "only for the holster" ... and then to seek out some random named Tim haha.

Tim can do it, but only because someone else happens to be shipping him a TLR-6 1911 to get his own custom one done and I can piggy back, good timing.
That implies that if you have a light or something that is... uh, uncommon, you can send it to Tim and he can make you something custom. Glad to know and I assume you have to ask nicely but seems like the go to guy for it here in Canada.

Case Closed, thanks boys.
