1941 winchester 61 question of value

I have a chance to trade a 1941 winchester 61 - but have no idea of value and looks like in the USA they are crazy prices.

Pics will be up tomorrow but its about 75% condition minor wear but good shape other wise.
Any help would be appreciated.
