I bought this rifle as a project , but find I don't have the time for another project. So I'm thinking I may as well sell it to someone who can give it the care it deserves. Problem is I have no idea what it's worth. Can anyone give me the fair asking price? It's a 1944 , factory sporter, bolt has the same serial. number as the receiver. And the barrel has not been chopped.View attachment 33632View attachment 33631View attachment 33630View attachment 33629 Thanks for the help.

Does it have a mag?

If not $200 is fair. If it does have a mag included, you can sell for $250 easy. This is all assuming there arent any drill, tap, or cut portions of the receiver.

Thats great! What you have I believe is a 44 Longbranch that has been FTR'd in 51.

Restoring this would take a lot of time to source parts as everything should be LB marked. Being an FTR you could lax a little depending on where it was FTR'd.

That said, this is a popular manufacturer, and you will have it snatched up in no time at all. I would offer you $$ but I just sold off all my LB stock sets. $250 you can get easy if you want it sold this minute. You can probably get a little more for the right buyer.
