The three on the website are refurbished and frankenpinned but if someone did get a non-refurbished 1949 I would be interested in hearing about it. As far as I know, one doesn't exist in Canada or the US.

I'll bet they just find them randomly in the crates they buy and mark them way up, can't blame them though if that's true it just would be a little funny.

How much do you want to bet that I have to arrange it and pay extra for those. It is not a good thing for me to put unchecked items on the market, because then I get a wave of people saying that they are butchered or crappy SKS. I have one or two like that. I kept it to myself or sold it to friends with explanation.
