Larry Sidener is good guy that posts on Shotgunworld.com, a website I frequent, and Larry is a serious collector of high grade Model 42 Winchesters. . Larry has built, over the years, a magnificent and very valuable colection of Model 42 Winchesters and has out did himself with the re-creation of a 1950’s gun store with store front complete with most everything you’d find in the old time gun stores we knew and visited, with big eyes and empty wallets, as young boys growing up in the 1950’s.
About one year ago Winchester learned of Larry’s store front and vast collection and they approached Larry and asked if they could do a video of him, his collection and store front. . Winchester felt it would be a valuable link to our past. . Larry has generously agreed and here is the video. . Not as long and in depth as originally planned but well worth watching.

All those old Winchesters are sure something to behold. Such a different time in gun manufacturing and the publics view of firearms ownership.
