I am currently waiting on an Anschutz 1712 .22lr. Right now in the gun safe there aren't any unused scopes so I need a new one.
I'm looking to spend around $1000 give or take, so that is not a fixed number. My requirements are no parallax adjustment, max 12 power and must reduce to 4X. I plan on doing a lot of off hand shooting so no crazy zooms. Any suggestions.
I was thinking:
Leupold VXIII 3.5-10X40 - If got one right now and love it
Ziess Conquest 3.5-10X44 or 50
Bushnell Elite 6500 - good zoom range so I can do some bench work
Leupold VX3L 3.5-10X50 or 56 - Seems interesting but funky shape might ruin the lines of the gun
Leica 2.5-10X40 One can dream!
