Look what showed up at my front door!

Always liked the somewhat "blingy" look of the Eclipse, as well as the bar/dot target sights and single sided safety.
Have seen some negative 'press' about Kimbers, but people who have them seem to love them.
Just waiting for paperwork to arrive so I can get it to the range.

Yep, Roger at http://www.shooterschoice.ca has one with fixed night sights in stock. Probably can source a target model like the OP's if you ask.

Thanks guys. Have had the Eclipse a couple of days now, but still no registration from the CFO. Can't wait to get it to the range.

Actually got this from Roger. See he still has the "Target" showing on the site, but not sure if thats another one, or he just hasn't updated.

By the way...great guy to deal with. Went out of his way to help me with some magazines.

Wow! Thats a beaut Clark. Played with a Kimber when I was in Georgia. Really feel refined - tight tolerances and such - never seen one that pretty though.

Great gun..Make sure you oil the barrel well after each use as it is not stainless and prone to some surface rusting,I know because I had one..
