IMO it's a big mistake to have a Sig as your first pistol. It will spoil you and no other handgun will ever quite measure up...

That's a great choice for your first pistol. Congratulations.


Once you are experienced with pistols and know what they are all about, you'll probably want to move from the P226 series to a more advanced model like the G17.

First handgun was my p226 e2 in 9mm. amazing handgun will fire everything I run through it. Fired 1500+ rounds without cleaning and was still running like a top.
