After a very confusing visit to service ontario, I got my temp licence and was told cards are only issued once a year, is this true?.... so now that I have my temp will I get my card in the mail? really confused because everything that should have happened dident in my convorsation with the clerk.....

So now down to business, Got all packed up and headed out at 630, got to Larose at 7 and headed out for some wabbits... The whole day we saw red squirrels, black squirrels..... and one helova lot of yote tracks:eek: Saw no rabbits but had a great time just being outside..

Are Yotes a problem in Larose (wmu 65)

Yes this is true and they don't come out till November or so, so don't just stick your temporary one in your wallet. Put it in a ziplock and carry it in a pocket where it won't get ruined. Your going to need it for turkey, deer and anything else you intend to hunt before you get your "permanent" card. Congratulations on getting your hunting license, enjoy!

Or take it down to Staples and get it laminated.
