Friends seized up last night and we had an interesting time getting the bolt out with a punch and small hammer.
Seems the guide rod's round base plate is damaged and it was leaving metal slivers between the round bolt and round upper frame bolt raceway.
Later model's did away with the guide rod and just used a return spring closer to the diameter of the bolt.
Some galling was apparent.
