What models come with 2-3 lb triggers out of the box? I've been looking and looking and haven't found many besides STI and Tanfoglios. Some say BUL offers sub-3lb triggers on their IPSC models. What else is out there with light triggers?

My Spartan has a superb 3# trigger...and so does my shadow...although that might be tweaked....lol

I have a Spartan and a Shadow as well. Both have very nice triggers out of the box. I haven't measured them, but I'll bet they are about 3 pounds.

I see STI showing up here again. Which is a good thing. And I just thought of another one -- Infinity would sell sub 3lb triggers too.

The Spartan really surprised me...it sooo good, and their entry level pistol...would recommend it to anyone....had to buy a barrel bushing wrench...just couldn't move it without..trigger has almost no take up, and glass break..

My Grand Power X-Calibur's came with great triggers at just over 2lbs in SA and a smooth 8lbs in DA. If you are going to run in Standard division, you should try one of their P40L's

would love an Infinity, but at 6-7K, it is a different proposition

Well, Infinity is custom made just for you and you can design it online to your liking and put the parts and mods YOU want. Any other semi-decent gun would set you back 3000+. STI 2011 or Tanfoglio Limited or open guns are all over 3000+.

Yes exactly - it is a custom gun. If the price isn't an issue, fill your boots. CRAFM have a few beauties right now if you don't want to wait.

I just read up on Canik. It's striker fired :-( They're by definition incapable of having light triggers or otherwise it will result in light primer strikes. I have a G34, which has about 4lb trigger and it's still terrible :-(

The Canik TP9SA, rivals the PPQM2 trigger for a whole lot less money. A dam super gun not yet given it's due !

This is one sweet piece of equipment! Just saw one for sale on Xchange.

Yep, I was tempted by it as well. Please buy it so it stops tempting me. BTW the experiences around here are that the Czechmate has a better trigger than STI 2011s, but not quite as good as an Infinite Open gun.
