2.5" 12 gauge ammo

Wholesale Sports sells Kent Gamebore Pure Gold 12 ga. 2 1/2 inch shotshells. They always seem to have some in stock in our Saskatoon store.
I load cut down three inch hulls to make black powder 2 1/2 inch loads. You could also load smokeless loads in these 2 1/2 inch hulls. Roll crimped 2 1/2 inch hulls have nearly the same capacity as segmented crimp 2 3/4 inch hulls. Be careful to search out safe low pressure loads for the cartridges that you load. Double Gun Journal had some excellent articles on loading low pressure 12 ga for vintage guns.
