2 5/8 12 gauge shell need help

Hi guys I need your help I walked into a sponsor store today and asked for a box of 2 3/4 12 gauge 00 buckshot shells and bought a few other things. Long story short I didn't notice the box said 2 5/8 on it until I got home:mad:. I'm new to shot guns and have a D.A 12.5 Grizzly and it says 2 3/4 to 3 inch by the chamber making these 2 5/8 a little short. My question is are these ok to use or should I just return them. Thanks
 
You should be ok. I've used them in a few pumps and semis and have not had a problem.

Ok thanks I just phoned them and they said a shell shorter than the chamber is fine. Strange that they had these as their website doesn't list them only the 2 3/4 and all of their in stock items are on the website?????? Oh well as long as it goes boom who cares. :)
 
Shorter is OK with shotguns.

Remember, a barrel that says 3" will shoot the shorter 2" 3/4 too...
