2.5 low pressure 12g in stock?

I order mine thru clay at prophet river. He has gotten me RST lite before. Took awhile as he had to bring it in
I reload my own now. I shaved alil but off the final crimp die on a Lee load all 2 press and it works great. I also cut and roll crimp ammo and make black powder loads as well

Tks for the info folks.
- Spoke to Kent two weeks ago, seems like they're short of 2.5" shells for their production.
- If push comes to shove, I could reload... But at this point I'm not looking for another hobby... that is, unless I come across a silly-good-deal for a turn of the century ultralight British double with a 2" chamber...

I think I might just do like Ganderite suggested in another thread, find a low pressure shell in 2.75", cut the start crimp and fit a over-card...

It was posted this week on TS that RST is no longer manufacturing ammunition. Looks like if you want specialized ammo like low pressure 2.5" you're going to require a loader and components to make your own or find another source making them.
I have about 30 boxes of 2.5" 1oz #4 Bismuth for my old doubles. I'm not looking forward to running out!

Nothing on their website which is a bit odd if they really are shutting down production. Supply in the US from RST has been spotty the last couple years but if you paid attention, you could get stuff. I bought 4 flats of 20 and 28 gauge a year ago.

I wouldn't over think it. One of the guys from the Parker site sent some of Winchester AA low recoil low noise 12 ga shells from a recent purchase in for pressure testing. The 2 3/4" 26 gram load of 8 shot came in at an average of 5640 psi and 1009 fps. Sherman Bell's testing in a series of articles for the Double Gun Journal showed firing 2 3/4" shells in a 2 1/2" only added, at most, several hundred psi to what they would be in a 2 3/4" chamber. Still a very light load and quite likely less pressure than some of the 2 1/2" factory loads mentioned.
If you're going to be shooting a lot then I would also suggest reloading. It's pretty easy to do up gentle recoil loads in the 5200-5600 range with 7/8 oz of shot.
