Update, I had a couple spare parts i swapped around with my black hawk. I put it together and couldnt get it to fire. So after several hours of matching up the original parts it works just fine now.
Just got a little nervous and posted before i got it fixed. Turns out with quite a bit of embarrassment that these things are hand fitted...lol:kickInTheNuts:

So you took 'em apart and can't figure out how to put 'em back together? And you've mixed the parts together? Any smithy is going to charge you by the hours, roughly $60 plus per hour and you'll need a STATT to get 'em there. Plus you'll have to wait as all smithy's are busy. The rifle deer season is in about 3 weeks.
"...one wasn't really cocking all that well..." That's because the internal parts require fitting.
 
had one apart a few years ago and it seems to me if I recall correctly that the last digets of the ser # were scratched into most of the internal parts and cylinder .some were faint
