2 Pythons at auction

This Auction is actually Next Saturday. I thought it was today as per the 1st post lol..I live close-ish to there, but it's kinda boring sitting through hours of stuff' waiting for the One' or two you came for. Couple years ago I got a Rare Canadian Rocket Launcher...it was pretty sweet-

Yes, next Sat Dec 9.....sorry about that, my mistake.

Heaven's no, gdawg! Just always like to keep an eye on market conditions. If I see things going up, Mother (She Who Must Be Obeyed) doesn't mind too much my buying a nice gun here or there....

I actually just updated my Avatar pic with a nice shot I took of my nickel....such a ###y snake! lol

Your other reptile is not to shabby either!

(and just so no one gets the wrong idea, I'm talking about a car ;-)

Thank you sir! I am missing the Cayman hugely, got it winter parked in Edmonton at daughter's (she has two underground heated spots that I pay for anyway...). Can't wait for spring.*sigh*

Didn't go to live auction but the results are in:

King cobra $2100

Nickel Python $4100

Blued Python $2900

Final bids +fees.

WW1 Colt 1911 final bid $7600

Just watched these go through. Prices below are including the 15% buyer's premium but are plus whatever tax would apply based on the buyer's location.

King Cobra $2415
Nickle Python $4715
Blued Python $3335

The prices in general for handguns didn't seen as quite high as some of the recent auctions they have run....maybe too close to Christmas?

For a true gun nut, for a certain model, price is no object. I'm still lookin' for that pre '64 Winchester Model 94 Canadian Centennial Commemorative. Any caliber, and no price is too steep!

Seemed to have more online winners. Iirc, most or all of the sleds were online winning bids.

Yes, a lot of guns I expected to get bid up sold at or very close to the online bid that had been there for several days. Even the pythons didn't get run up in the live auction as much as i thought they might.
